Several months ago, at the heart of my healing process, I found myself having difficulty falling asleep at night, especially on nights when my partner was away. So I would turn to the internet for information about the thoughts I was having; stories, blogs, websites, anything that would make me feel better... and most importantly, not alone. Several sites offered some valuable information, but it was tough finding a site that had it all; resources for survivors of sexual abuse who live in Toronto and Greater Toronto Area, personal stories, and advice from the experts. If you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, sexual abuse and other forms of abuse, or if you know a survivor, these pages are designed to help you navigate through the healing process. My goal is to shed some light on this often dark and secret issue.
